Business Office Manager

Position Summary:

Stonehenge of Springville is seeking an experienced, full-time Business Office Manager to join our team. The Business Office Manager is responsible for directing all financial affairs of the facility using generally-accepted accounting principles, including accounting, business office, purchasing, billing and reimbursement, credit and collections, and other financial matters as directed by the facility’s Administrator. Come help make Stonehenge of Springville a “place of healing.”

Qualifications & Required Experience:

    - Must possess at least one (1) year of prior experience in healthcare billing and collections. - Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families and government regulators, and to work cooperatively with other associates at all levels - Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, and be able to communicate effectively through written reports, e-mail, and phone calls. - Must be able to pass all background checks as required to work with protected populations

Job Type / Schedule:

Full-Time (30-40 hrs./week), Monday - Friday

Benefits / Compensation:

Hourly rate DOE. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, and vision health insurance, employer HSA contributions (with a qualifying health plan), life insurance, 401k plan participation, and a generous PTO plan.
