Brooke Norman, SSW
Resident Advocate and Discharge Planner
Brooke is a licensed Social Service Worker (SSW). She graduated from Utah Valley University with her Bachelors of Social Work degree. Brooke was born and raised in Utah. She briefly interned at Utah State Hospital in the Forensics Unit before coming to Stonehenge of American Fork. Brooke has found great joy in working with the geriatric population and their families. She provides support to patients and their families while they make the adjustment to short term care and, if needed, long term care or assisted living. She oversees the discharge planning and referrals for community resources and home health care when the patient is ready to make the transition to home. She strives to make each patient's stay at Stonehenge positive and helps to make each transition home go as safely and smoothly as possible for the patient and family.
